Body Whispering micro post #8

Low rehabilitation expectations are a strong Predictive Factor of poor therapeutic effect during the use of therapeutic protocols for musculoskeletal symptoms.

While working on my November “Body Whisperer” lecture, I found this amazing article, which, among other things, deals with the effect that our mentality has on the possibility of our return to the State of Health.

When we are in Dis-ease, we influence the speed, the progress and the outcome of our therapeutic interventions, depending on whether we focus on the likelihood of a positive or negative outcome in our experience.

To put it simply: if we think we will succeed (get rid of the symptom) and if we think we will fail, we are both right!

If we believe that by participating in a treatment or rehabilitation protocol, our clinical picture will not improve, we are very likely to proving ourselves true.

And if we believe that by participating in a treatment or rehabilitation protocol, our clinical image will improve, we also have a great chance of proving ourselves true.

Our cells listen to our inner dialogue!  And words have power!  Let’s be more careful about how we invest our energy…
